Synchro Electricals is looking for a hands-on HR Leader who can build strong people systems while managing day-to-day HR operations.
This role requires someone who can lead HR strategy while also executing operational HR tasks, ensuring that the organization develops a disciplined, productive, and growth-oriented workforce.
The HR Lead will work closely with leadership to hire the right people, strengthen employee discipline, improve organizational structure and build scalable HR processes suited for a growing manufacturing company.
- Key Responsibilities
1. HR Leadership & Organizational Development
· Partner with company leadership to develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.
· Build and improve organizational structures, roles, and reporting systems.
· Establish explicit performance expectations and accountability systems across departments.
· Drive initiatives that improve employee productivity, discipline, and work culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
· Lead recruitment for technical, operational, and managerial roles.
· Develop strong sourcing channels through:
o Engineering colleges o ITI institutes o Recruitment consultants o Online job platforms
· Ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.
· Design structured interview and evaluation processes.
- HR Operations & Administration
· Manage day-to-day HR operations including:
o Employee onboarding and documentation o Attendance and leave management o HR records and employee data
· Maintain structured HR documentation and employee files.
· Oversee HR compliance processes.
- Performance Management
· Develop and implement performance review systems.
· Define KPIs and evaluation mechanisms for different roles.
· Conduct periodic performance reviews with department heads.
· Identify high performers and improvement areas.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
· Build a culture of discipline, ownership, and teamwork.
· Act as a bridge between management and employees.
· Address employee concerns and workplace conflicts professionally.
· Introduce simple initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.
- HR Policies & Compliance
· Develop and implement HR policies and employee guidelines.
· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws such as:
o PF o ESIC o Shops & Establishment / Factory compliance
· Maintain required documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Training & Capability Development
· Identify skill gaps in the workforce.
· Organize training programs for:
o Supervisors o Technical staff o New employees
· Support leadership in building future managers within the company.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
