Responsibilities:
- Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Search CV databases and actively source candidates
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Shortlist suitable candidates for management
- Maintain recruitment records and follow up with applicants
We recruit for roles in sales, business development, maritime services, operations, digital marketing, administration and professional services.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Strong Indeed and LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Good English communication
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with international or remote hiring preferred
