Role Description The HR Intern (Mumbai Media Agency) will support day-to-day human resources operations in a rapid-paced production and influencer marketing workplace. This full-time, on-site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region includes assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help with onboarding coordination, documentation, and updating employee records,



as well as supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, compiling HR reports, helping manage attendance and leave data, and coordinating with various production and creative teams on HR-related queries. The intern will also contribute to improving HR processes and participate in learning opportunities across HR functions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and professional working style.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; comfort with HR databases or spreadsheets is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in the media, entertainment, or marketing industry and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
