Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR and administration activities at our manufacturing facility. The role involves recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR activities for the manufacturing facility.
- Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance and leave records.
- Prepare monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Monitor overtime, absentee and employee attendance.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities when required.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters and other HR documents.




- Conduct employee induction and coordinate training programs.
- Support POSH, 5S, safety and employee welfare activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and other departments on manpower requirements.
- Support customer, internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Any degree; HR-related qualification will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of attendance, payroll and basic labour compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day HR activities.
- Experience handling shop-floor employees will be preferred.
- Tamil and English required; Hindi is an advantage.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, approachable and comfortable working directly with employees and management in a manufacturing environment.

Overtime will be provided as applicable.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
