Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Site Staffing:
- Source, interview, and onboard site-level staff (Site Supervisors, Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, draftsmen, and site coordinators).
- Coordinate with labor contractors and subcontractors to ensure adequate manpower allocation across active project locations.
- Statutory Compliance & Contractor Management:
- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, BOCW Act, PF, and ESI.
- Audit subcontractor documentation, muster rolls, wage registers, and safety compliance before invoice sign-offs.
- Payroll, Attendance & Site Muster:
- Oversee biometric/manual site attendance logs, overtime, and leave management.
- Facilitate error-free monthly salary and wage disbursements in coordination with the accounts team.
- Employee Relations & Site Discipline:
- Act as the primary escalation point for on-site grievances, workforce safety standards, and welfare facilities.




- Conduct periodic site visits to verify worker accommodations, site sanitation, and labor welfare adherence.

Required Candidate Profile

- Industry Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of dedicated HR experience strictly within Civil Construction, Contracting, Landscape/Architecture Execution, or Real Estate.
- Statutory Knowledge: Thorough practical understanding of local labor laws, contractor wage norms, PF/ESI, and site risk management.
- Languages Known: Working fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (essential to communicate effectively between migrant/local labor and executive leadership).
- Work Style: Practical, grounded, and comfortable balancing both structured office HR tasks and field site verifications.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
