Job Summary
SPD Constructions Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Admin professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities at our Bahadurgarh location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee documentation, attendance and leave management, HR records, recruitment coordination, statutory compliance, payroll inputs, and general administration, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities at the site/office.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, HR databases, and HR trackers.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain appointment letters, joining documents, ID cards, employee files, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower records.
- Coordinate with employees and reporting managers regarding attendance, leave, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure timely submission of HR and employee-related data to the Head Office.
- Address routine employee queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Recruitment & Manpower Coordination
- Coordinate with the recruitment team/site management for manpower requirements.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate the joining process of selected candidates and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Maintain recruitment and manpower trackers and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding manpower deployment and requirements.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Collect, verify, and consolidate monthly attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate with site/admin teams to ensure accurate attendance records.
- Provide verified attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll inputs to the concerned HR/payroll team.
- Follow up on discrepancies in attendance, joining dates, employee records, and salary-related information.
- Maintain proper records for payroll processing and employee perks.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Assist in addressing employee grievances and routine HR queries.
- Coordinate employee induction and HR communication programs.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines to employees.
- Maintain professional coordination between employees, site management, and Head Office.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the site/office.
- Coordinate office/site facilities, housekeeping, security, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain records related to accommodation, transportation, uniforms, ID cards, and other employee/site facilities, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.
- Maintain administrative registers, documents, and records.
- Ensure proper discipline and adherence to company policies at the workplace.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain HR and employee documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining records related to PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and other statutory requirements, as applicable.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for statutory documentation and inspections.
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare regular HR MIS and administrative reports.
- Maintain manpower, attendance, recruitment, attrition, joining, and employee-related trackers.
- Provide accurate HR data and reports to management and Head Office within defined timelines.
- Support management in HR-related data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in HR Administration preferably in building construction.
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, real estate, or project/site environment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, attendance management, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and payroll inputs.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple HR and administrative activities independently.
- Willingness to work in a site/project environment in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
