As a Global US Payroll Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and issues, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes within our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols
- Coordinating with team members to support HR service delivery and shared services
- Maintaining accurate employee records and confirming compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and facilitate HR operations
- Supporting process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency
- Engaging in stakeholder communications to address HR-related concerns and updates
- Collaborating with teams to implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives
- Applying knowledge of HR policies and metrics to support decision-making processes
- Contributing to the development and execution of HR management and service delivery strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
- Utilizing Human Resources (HR) Metrics for data-driven decision-making
- Coordinating staff and managing employee life cycle processes
- Engaging in process improvement and documentation administration
- Applying intellectual curiosity to adapt in a rapid-paced environment
- Handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism
