Role Description Hospitality Interns at EAT OTG Food Services will support daily front-of-house and basic food service operations at Manuka in Navi Mumbai. This is a part/full-time, in office role, working closely with the team to welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and maintain a warm, efficient, and clean dining environment. Interns will assist with table setup, order taking, and coordination with the kitchen for timely service,



while learning best practices in guest experience and food presentation.

The role also involves handling basic billing, responding to guest inquiries, and supporting opening/closing procedures. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to bakery and pizzeria service standards and contribute to creating a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Foundational knowledge or interest in Hospitality and Hospitality Service.
- Basic understanding or enthusiasm for Food & Beverage offerings, especially bakery and pizzeria concepts.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai with a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak hours.
- Professional, respectful demeanor and a commitment to inclusive, guest-focused service.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels is an advantage but not mandatory.
