We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Hostess to join the team at a reputed restaurant in Pune.

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests and will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
- Handle reservations, waiting lists, and guest inquiries.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Service Team, and Kitchen Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate information regarding table availability and reservations.
- Assist guests with basic restaurant information and special requests.
- Listen to guest feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/entrance area.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation at all times.
- Ensure consistently high customer service standards.

Candidate Profile
- Pleasant personality with confident communication and interpersonal skills.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or Front Office Executive will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi are preferred.
- Presentable, well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy restaurant hours.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
