he Senior High School Physics Teacher will be responsible for teaching physics to secondary (Classes 9 to 10) or senior secondary (Classes 11 to 12) students. The role involves simplifying complex concepts like mechanics, electricity, and thermodynamics, conducting practical lab sessions, and delivering proven results in board exams and competitive entrance tests.Core ResponsibilitiesAcademic and Laboratory Instruction

- Lesson Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lectures aligned with the curriculum, such as CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or IB and IGCSE.
- Lab Management: Conduct regular practical experiments in the physics lab, ensuring absolute adherence to safety protocols.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations and school finals through targeted revisions, mock tests, and past paper analysis.

Student Progress and Mentorship

- Evaluation: Design rigorous question papers, evaluate answer sheets, and grade lab reports accurately.
- Remedial Classes: Identify students struggling with numerical concepts or derivations and provide structured academic support.
- Competitive Guidance: Guide senior students on foundational concepts required for engineering and medical entrance exams like JEE and NEET.

Administrative Tasks

- Record Keeping: Maintain neat records of student attendance, marks, and internal assessments.
- Parent-Teacher Meetings: Actively participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student behavior, academic growth, and performance areas.

Key Qualifications and RequirementsEducational Qualifications

- University Recognition: All degrees (B.Sc.,



M.Sc., and B.Ed.) must be earned from a government-recognized university approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Teacher Training Degree: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) explicitly from a National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) recognized and approved institution is strictly mandatory. Degrees from unapproved or unrecognized universities will not be accepted.
- For Classes 9 to 10: Bachelor of Science in Physics or Mathematics, along with an NCTE-recognized Bachelor of Education.
- For Classes 11 to 12: Master of Science in Physics, along with an NCTE-recognized Bachelor of Education.
- Clearing the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or relevant State Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is highly preferred.

Experience Criteria

- Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of active teaching experience is strictly required for handling board classes (11th and 12th) in reputed private or international schools.
- Proven Track Record: Candidates must demonstrate a history of strong academic results, high student pass percentages, and excellent classroom management skills.

Skills Required

- Deep understanding of algebra-based and calculus-based physics principles.
- Solid command over spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools like Smartboards, MS Office, and online grading software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
