Currently we are hiring for Headmistress/ Center Head. Below are the details.
Role: Headmistress/ Center Head.
Location: Kolkata
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the day care centre, ensuring a protected, clean, and child-friendly environment.
Manage and supervise staff, including teachers and caregivers, and ensure proper scheduling and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards at all times.
Handle parent communication, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships with families.
Plan and monitor age-appropriate learning and activity programs for children.
Manage admissions, attendance, and overall centre administration and reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
