Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator who can own our visual identity across digital and print mediums. You aren’t just a traditional designer—you know how to leverage modern AI tools to speed up workflows, craft engaging short-form videos/reels, and build high-impact designs for e-commerce, social media, and ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design & Branding: Create visually stunning marketing creatives, ad banners, social media posts, website assets, and brand collateral that reflect a clean, high-end aesthetic.
- Video Editing & Content Creation: Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ad creatives) using motion graphics, smooth transitions, and trending audio.
- AI-Assisted Workflows: Use cutting-edge AI tools (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to enhance visual storytelling,



generate unique assets, and speed up creative execution.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate our brand language across all digital channels and touchpoints.
- Team-oriented Brainstorming: Work closely with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize fresh, performance-driven campaign ideas.

Requirements & Skills

- Based in Delhi: Must be able to work on-site / hybrid from our Delhi office.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro).
- AI Literacy: Familiarity with modern AI design tools (Generative AI, Midjourney, Canva AI, Photoshop Generative Expand, image manipulation).
- Portfolio Required: A portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, social media creatives, ad performance assets, and video editing/reels.
- Startup Mindset: Quick to adapt, open to feedback, hungry to learn, and excited to work in a young, vibrant team environment.
