About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who can work closely with our creative and account teams and take ownership of day-to-day studio design requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for layout, typography, colour, composition, and brand consistency, along with the ability to execute designs quickly and accurately across multiple formats.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on design execution, artwork adaptation, campaign resizing, and production work while maintaining high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and adapt creatives for digital, social media, print, presentations, campaigns, and other brand communication requirements.
- Handle day-to-day studio artwork and design requirements with speed and attention to detail.
- Adapt master creatives into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
- Create social media posts, banners, digital ads, campaign assets, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.




- Work on artwork resizing, layout corrections, image manipulation, typography, and design adaptations.
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready files as per specifications.
- Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creatives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, account managers, and other stakeholders to execute design requirements.
- Make necessary design changes based on feedback while maintaining the overall creative direction.
- Manage multiple design requirements and timelines simultaneously.
- Ensure all final artwork is technically accurate, properly formatted, and ready for publishing or production.
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, formats, and digital creative requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, studio design, advertising, creative agencies, or a similar workplace.
- Strong hands-on experience in Corel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
