Role Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that support Deutsche’s consulting and creative production initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand assets, designing logos and marketing materials, producing graphics for digital and print channels, and ensuring visual consistency across all client and internal projects. The role involves collaborating with consultants, marketers, and digital teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories.

Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, prepare design mockups, refine concepts based on feedback, and maintain design files and asset libraries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create compelling visual assets for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities for clients.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and basic knowledge of digital production workflows.
- Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for consulting, corporate, or professional services environments is an advantage.
