Job Summary

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Quality Department. The candidate will learn and support activities related to supplier, customer, and in-process quality development. The role involves ensuring product quality, identifying quality issues, supporting root cause analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Support quality-related activities within the manufacturing team, including internal, supplier, customer, and warranty-related issues.
- Assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions for product quality issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Learn and support product and process audits.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining control plans and quality documentation.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs such as scrap, rework, and PPM.
- Identify and report unacceptable products or processes that may affect production.
- Support compliance with the Quality Management System, including TS 16949 / ISO 9001.
- Participate in quality and inspection meetings and support action plans for improving product quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
- Prepare basic quality reports and provide relevant information to management.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Support benchmarking studies and identify best practices.




- Track assigned projects and tasks and contribute towards achieving KPIs.
- Attend meetings and communicate assigned instructions effectively.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Undertake special quality-related projects as required.

Qualification & Skills
- BE / ME in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic computer knowledge with good Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Knowledge of measurement techniques.
- Basic understanding of metrology, inspection methods, and inspection equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of safe working practices and willingness to follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and achievement-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility.

Job Requirements
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations as and when required.
- Approximately 80% office work.
- Travelling may be required for supplier visits.
- Candidate should have a valid driving license and preferably their own vehicle.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
