About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Google Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for improving campaign performance, generating quality leads/sales, managing advertising budgets, and achieving strong ROI/ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-performing and negative keywords.
- Create and optimize ad copies, headlines, and descriptions.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Perform regular bid, budget, keyword, and audience optimization.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and work toward achieving campaign targets.




- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, trends, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Google Ads/PPC.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign structure and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Solid analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking and lead-generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads certification will be an added advantage.
