General Manager – Franchise Expansion

Role:

Lead Frankfinn’s franchise expansion across India by identifying recent markets, acquiring franchise partners, driving revenue, and managing the complete franchise lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategy across India.
- Identify markets, generate franchise leads and onboard partners.
- Lead franchise sales, negotiations and commercial closures.
- Build strategic relationships with investors and business groups.
- Manage franchise pipeline, revenue targets and expansion KPIs.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams for centre launches.




- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Lead and report franchise expansion activities to senior management.

Requirements:

- 15–25 years of relevant experience with 5–8 years in leadership.
- Strong experience in Franchise Development/Expansion is essential.
- Experience in Education, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality or Services preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Development/Strategy preferred.
- Extensive travel across India required.

Pay: Up to ₹4,500,000.00 per year
