Seed Fundraising Fellow — India

Location: Remote, with preference for ISB, IIM or TOP 20 MBA student /candidates

Duration: October–December | 3 months

Commitment: Approx. 2 hours per day, flexible part-time. Remote

Stipend: Fixed stipend paid for the three-month fellowship

Exposure: Work with 24+ years Industry experienced Founder, London Business School Alumni and Mentor and Industry trainer in LBS entrepreneurial Program. You will be collaborating with similar profile candidates from UK & USA Top MBA School students. You will be working in a Team and will be automatically getting exposure of all 3 markets.

Neon AI is seeking ambitious MBA students and recent MBA graduates from leading Indian business schools to join a 3-month Seed Fundraising Fellowship. A go getter with an Analytical mind.

This is a direct opportunity to work with the Founder of an AI startup on a live international Seed fundraising campaign. It is ideal for candidates aspiring to careers in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, private investing, startup finance, consulting or strategic business development.

What you will work on

- Research India-based and internationally connected Angel Investors, Family Offices and early-stage VC firms.
- Identify investor thesis, portfolio relevance, decision-makers and investment fit.
- Build structured investor lists, research briefs and targeted fundraising pipelines.
- Support investor outreach preparation, communications, follow-ups and meeting coordination.
- Help maintain CRM records,



investor engagement updates and fundraising documentation.
- Carry out market and ecosystem research to support Founder-level investor discussions.
- Where relevant, research innovation grants and non-dilutive funding opportunities that could complement Neon AI’s Seed fundraising round.

Ideal candidate

- Current MBA student or recent MBA graduate from a leading business school IIM , ISB or Top MBA Schools in India.
- Interest in Investment Banking, venture capital, startup finance, private equity, consulting or AI businesses.
- Strong English writing, research, presentation, LinkedIn and spreadsheet/CRM skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-moving Founder-led environment.
