About the Role

Ratnaakar Impex is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop and implement an internal digital system for our wholesale toy business.

We are transitioning from manual and paper-based operations to a fully digitised system covering inventory, stock movement, purchasing, sales orders, billing and warehouse operations.

The developer will work directly with management and employees to understand our existing processes and convert them into a simple, reliable and scalable digital system.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop an internal ERP/inventory management system from the ground up.
- Understand existing business processes across Sales, Purchase, Accounts and Warehouse.
- Build modules for:
- Inventory and real-time stock management
- Purchase orders and stock inward
- Sales orders and stock outward
- Billing and invoicing
- Product/SKU management
- Customer and supplier management
- Returns, damaged stock and adjustments
- User roles and permissions
- Reports and management dashboards
- Ensure stock automatically updates based on purchases, sales, returns and adjustments.
- Design and maintain the system database.
- Develop a simple and user-friendly interface for employees.
- Test the system and resolve bugs before implementation.
- Deploy and maintain the application.
- Implement proper data security, backups and access controls.
- Train key employees and provide technical documentation.
- Continuously improve the system based on operational requirements and employee feedback.





Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong frontend, backend and database development skills.
- Experience with APIs, databases and cloud deployment.
- Previous experience developing ERP, inventory, POS, billing, warehouse or order-management systems is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of database design and transaction-based systems.
- Ability to understand real-world business processes and translate them into software.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a complete project.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work with non-technical employees.

What We're Looking For

We are not simply looking for a website developer. We are looking for someone who can understand how a wholesale business operates and build a reliable system that employees will use every day.

Candidates with previous ERP/inventory projects should be prepared to demonstrate their past work during the interview.

Key Objective

Build a system where the complete operational flow can eventually be managed digitally:

Purchase → Stock In → Inventory → Sales Order → Billing → Stock Out → Reporting

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
