Vendor & Client Coordination: Gather tracking details, validate pricing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and vendors.

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal global teams to solve ordering questions while maintaining strict SLA compliance.

Documentation: Maintain vendor order forms, daily Excel trackers, work queues, and communication logs.



What We’re Looking For Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills (neutral or US accent).1–2 years of hands-on experience in order management.
