Job Summary

Missan Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, developing robust APIs, creating responsive user interfaces, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools and technologies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions while coordinating and providing technical guidance to a small development team.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Django REST Framework.

· Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.

· Build and integrate secure, efficient RESTful APIs.

· Work with relational and non-relational databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

· Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

· Containerize applications using Docker for development and deployment.

· Manage source code using Git and follow best version control practices.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and others to deliver quality software.

· Utilize AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude and Cursor) to improve development productivity and code quality.

· Coordinate & mentor a small development team, assign tasks, monitor progress and support team members with technical issues.

· Translate business requirements into technical solutions, development tasks and delivery timelines.

Required Technical Skills

Full Stack Development:





· Strong hands-on experience in full stack web application development.

· Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI and Django REST Framework.

· Solid experience in front-end development using React.js.

· Practical experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

· Good understanding of REST API design and integration.

· Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.

· Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.

· Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

· Exposure to AI development tools such as Claude and Cursor is a plus.

AI & AI-Assisted Development:

· Practical experience using AI tools in software/application development.

· Experience with AI-assisted coding and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or equivalent tools.

· Ability to use AI tools effectively for code generation, code review, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation and technical research.

· Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical application in software products.

· Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs or AI services into applications is highly desirable.

· Familiarity with concepts such as prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents or tool/function calling will be an advantage.

· Ability to assess the accuracy, security, reliability, cost and limitations of AI-generated outputs before incorporating them into production applications.

· Experience developing AI-enabled features,



automation or intelligent workflows will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Team Leadership

· Provide day-to-day technical direction and support to interns & juniors developers.

· Allocate tasks based on priority, skills and project requirements.

· Review deliverables and ensure timelines and quality standards are maintained.

· Encourage effective and responsible use of AI development tools within the development team.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.

· 3–5 years of relevant professional full stack development experience.

· Practical experience using AI tools and technologies in software development.

· 1–2 years of experience coordinating, mentoring or leading developers/projects.

· Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
