About the Role

nWe are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our team on a part-time remote basis . This role is ideal for professionals with solid functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a passion for delivering scalable HR technology solutions.

nYou will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to configure, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.

nKey Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
n
- Benefits
n
- Employee Central (EC)
n
- Recruiting
n
- Onboarding
n
- Compensation
n
- Lead and support USA Benefits implementations , including US Savings Plan configuration.
n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
n
- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and application support.
n
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Development teams.
n
- Drive application enhancements and continuous improvements.
n
- Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
n




- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
n
- Ensure solutions follow SAP standard functionality and industry best practices.
n

nRequired Skills

n
- Strong 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
n
- Strong experience in Employee Central (EC) is mandatory
n
- Strong experience in Benefits Management is mandatory
