YOUR MISSION 100 Franchise Businesses in 12 Months – PAN INDIA You will own the complete franchise expansion funnel—from lead generation, partner acquisition, negotiations and closure to onboarding and successful launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own and drive the 100-in-12 expansion target with monthly, weekly and daily milestones • Identify and acquire franchise partners across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities • Manage the complete franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to agreement signing • Build a solid franchise pipeline with minimal dependency on inbound leads • Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify high-potential locations • Onboard new franchise partners and ensure successful launches • Provide franchisees with training, curriculum,



technology and marketing support • Monitor franchisee KPIs and drive MoM & QoQ business growth and profitability • Maintain strong franchisee relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention • Maintain complete CRM discipline and track every lead, meeting and follow-up • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and accurate revenue forecasts • Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to achieve aggressive expansion targets NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS 5–10 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development or Channel Sales Proven experience in scaling franchise/business networks Experience in Education, EdTech, Training or Financial Services preferred Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Existing network of potential franchise partners/investors across India Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills Strong sales closing and business development capabilities Willingness to travel extensively across India Hunter | Hustler | Closer | Self-Starter | Results-Oriented KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - 8–10 Franchise Agreements per Month - 50+ Qualified Leads per Month - 15–20% Lead-to-Closure Conversion - Franchise Launch within 30 Days of Agreement.
