Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) Experience: 2–3 Years ️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a Finance/Accounts professional with a strong core finance background to join our team. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. - Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). - Maintain books of accounts using Tally. - Manage invoices, payment records and financial documentation. - Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. - Track receivables, payables and outstanding payments. - Assist with GST, TDS and other basic statutory compliances. - Prepare basic finance MIS and reports. - Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams regarding payments and collections. - Work closely with the CA/Finance consultant on accounting, compliance and audit-related matters.



Required Skills & Experience - 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts. - Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally. - Good understanding of AR & AP. - Basic knowledge of GST and TDS. - Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. - Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals. - Good numerical and analytical skills. - Experience working closely with a CA/Chartered Accountant will be an added advantage. What We’re Looking For - We are specifically looking for someone with a robust, hands-on Finance & Accounts background and genuine experience in core finance functions. - Candidates with primarily administrative, coordination or general operations experience may not be suitable for this role.
