Job Description – Senior Data Quality Lead (IT Service Data) (Europe - Onsite) Experience: 10 Years Location : On-site Europe (Full time) (We are looking for immediate joiners based in Europe) Domain: IT Service Data, DORA About the Role We're looking for a senior data quality leader to own the data quality stream within an enterprise IT Service data programme, spanning five strategic systems, ensuring regulatory obligations under DORA can be evidenced, not just asserted. This is an accountable leadership role — you'll own the quality position of a regulated data domain, defend it before senior governance forums, and hold the line with platform and architecture teams on the basis of evidence. The ideal candidate can step into an in-flight, executive-visible programme and be credible in front of a Chief Data Officer within weeks. What You Will Own Data quality position of the IT Service domain — profiling, measurement, remediation planning and reported quality scores Data quality rules and guardrails — preventive and detective controls across source systems and the DQ platform Critical Data Element (CDE) governance — register ownership, golden-source assignments, governing rules Data governance operating model — driving Domain Data Owner and Data Steward appointments to completion Remediation across operating entities — converting findings into owned worklists and following through to closure Regulatory evidence — ensuring the data chain is complete,



traceable and audit-ready Stakeholder management — representing the stream at architecture and steering forums Essential Experience ServiceNow platform depth (critical requirement) CSDM object model — business services, technical services, service offerings, application services CMDB — class hierarchy, CI relationships, certification, identification and reconciliation Service Portfolio Management and platform literacy (table/dictionary structure, reference qualifiers) Experience with ServiceNow integrations and downstream referential integrity issues Data quality & Governance leadership 10 years in data management, with significant time leading DQ/governance at enterprise scale in a regulated industry Demonstrable end-to-end ownership of a data domain, not just contribution Strong command of DQ dimensions, profiling, rule design and remediation prioritisation Experience embedding ownership/stewardship models, including stakeholder buy-in Hands-on exposure to a DQ platform (Informatica IDMC, Collibra, Ataccama, Talend or equivalent) Regulatory & Risk context Experience delivering against a regulatory obligation — ideally DORA, or BCBS 239, GDPR, Solvency II Understanding of how IT risk/control data links to service data Financial services, insurance or another regulated sector preferred Desirable ServiceNow CIS certification (Discovery, CMDB or ITSM) or CSDM accreditation CDMP or DAMA-DMBOK familiarity Experience with large ServiceNow migrations/consolidations Group-and-operating-entity experience German language a plus; working language is English
