Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end city launch, activation, and scale-up of Vet-at-Home services. • Drive 0→1 execution and rapid expansion across key micro-markets • Take full ownership of ground operations, including supply deployment,scheduling, routing, and service delivery • Ensure high fulfilment, low cancellations, and fast turnaround times through tight operational control • Identify demand hotspots and build hyperlocal supply density to improve service reliability and speed • Conduct deep competitive analysis across pricing, service quality, SLAs, and operating models • Translate market insights into clear action plans for growth, differentiation, and operational efficiency • Continuously track competitor moves and adapt city strategy in real time • Build and scale local partnerships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, pet stores, and ecosystem players • Leverage partnerships to unlock supply, demand, and brand visibility. • Negotiate and manage partner relationships to drive long-term value • Identify and execute inorganic growth opportunities(clinic acquisitions,
exclusive tie-ups,strategic alliances) • Lead end-to-end deal cycles—sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and integration into operations • Ensure seamless post-acquisition integration into the Vet-at-Home operating model • Drive on-ground audits, field visits, and quality checks to maintain high service standards What we’re looking for: • 3–5 years of experience in high-intensity ground ops / city management roles (startup experience strongly preferred) • Proven track record of owning metrics and hitting aggressive targets in live operations • Strong understanding of micro-markets, logistics, and demand patterns • Highly execution-driven with a biasfor action and ability to operate in chaos • Comfortable with data, dashboards, and rapid decision-making • Ability to hire, manage, and push on-ground teamsto deliver outcomes • Robust problem-solving skills with a “figure it out on the ground” mindset
