Manager Finance Operations - Shared Services Company Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 8 Years Qualification: CA – Mandatory GCC / Middle East Finance Experience – Mandatory We are looking for an experienced Finance Shared Services / Finance Operations professional who has strong exposure to GCC finance operations and experience managing multiple finance functions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end Finance Shared Services operations across GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Lease/Rental Accounting * Drive month-end closing, reconciliations, MIS and financial reporting * Manage KPI/SLA adherence, operational performance and governance * Lead and manage multiple finance teams and ensure timely delivery * Drive process standardization, SOP implementation and automation * Ensure solid financial controls, compliance and audit readiness * Partner with business, FP&A;, Treasury and senior finance stakeholders * Monitor working capital,
