Role: Oracle PCM Specialist Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days Experience: 5–10 Years Location: Bangalore Mandatory Skills 5 years of consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background. Hands-on experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM/PCMCS) . Experience working on at least 2 Oracle PCM/PCMCS implementations . Robust understanding of: Allocation Rules Allocation Drivers Cost Pools Traceability Reporting Profitability & Cost Management processes Experience in building Allocation Models . Experience with multi-dimensional Profitability Analysis . Strong understanding of Oracle PCM/PCMCS solution design and implementation lifecycle. Good communication skills with the ability to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly and confidently. Nice-to-Have Skills Team leadership and mentoring experience. Experience managing internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Experience working across multiple Oracle PCM/PCMCS implementation projects.
