About the RoleWork directly with the founder to build an early-stage medical tourism venture. This is a broad generalist role combining business development, coordination, research, marketing and everyday execution.

The role is based in Bhubaneswar and includes regular local visits and external meetings.

Responsibilities

- Build relationships with prospective partners, including visiting hospitals, presenting the venture and following discussions through to partnerships.
- Take ownership of varied business and operational tasks as priorities evolve.
- Research opportunities, compare options and turn findings into explicit recommendations.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, documents, spreadsheets and concise progress updates.
- Support social media, content creation and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors and team members; maintain records and follow up on commitments.
- Use AI and digital tools effectively, checking facts and refining the final output.

- Ability to learn quickly, solve practical problems and work with limited supervision.
- Good working ability with presentations, spreadsheets and everyday digital tools.

- Willingness to work in Bhubaneswar and undertake regular local visits.

Nice to Haves
- Experience in a startup, founder’s office, business development, operations or another role involving varied responsibilities.
- Work samples or results demonstrating useful skills.
- Exposure to healthcare or partnerships.

CompensationSalary

₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

Performance Bonus

- Up to ₹60,000
