Role Purpose The Server is responsible for providing professional, attentive, and productive food and beverage service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests from seating through departure.

The role involves welcoming guests at the table, presenting and explaining the menu, taking accurate food and beverage orders, making appropriate recommendations, communicating dietary requirements and allergies, serving orders according to restaurant standards, and ensuring proper sequence and timing of service.

The Server is expected to have strong knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage menu, including key ingredients, preparation methods, accompaniments, allergens, and recommended pairings. The position requires close coordination with the kitchen, bar, food runners, captains,



and other service team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

The role also involves preparing tables and service stations before service, monitoring tables throughout the guest experience, anticipating guest requirements, clearing and resetting tables, presenting bills, handling basic POS functions, and communicating guest feedback or complaints to the appropriate supervisor.

The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, polite, confident, attentive, and guest-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, possess good upselling and suggestive-selling skills, and demonstrate strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
