We're looking for a Floor Hostess to welcome and engage customers at our Kochi showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them through their jewellery shopping experience from entry to purchase.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the relevant section/counter
- Engage with customers throughout their visit, answering queries on products, schemes, and offers
- Coordinate with sales staff on product selection and billing
- Guide customers through the "round visit" across sections after a purchase
- Maintain the visitor log and capture customer details for follow-up
- Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints as needed
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Plus Two/Degree
- Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage
- Pleasant, confident personality with excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Freshers welcome; prior retail/hospitality/customer service experience is a plus
