NJS LLP is looking for a Flipkart Ad Account Manager to manage and grow our Flipkart advertising accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flipkart Ads, campaign management, budget optimization, keyword research, performance analysis, and account growth.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the overall advertising performance of assigned Flipkart accounts and implementing strategies to improve sales, ROAS, product visibility, and advertising efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee Flipkart advertising accounts and PPC campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize Flipkart Ad campaigns.
- Develop advertising strategies based on sales and business objectives.
- Perform keyword research, search-term analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales.
- Optimize campaign bids, keywords, budgets, targeting, and product selection.
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS.
- Analyze Flipkart advertising reports and prepare regular performance summaries.
- Track account-level performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with the catalog/content team to improve product listings and conversion performance.
- Work with the sales and inventory teams to align advertising with stock availability and sales targets.
- Monitor competitor advertising activities, pricing, promotions, and product visibility.
- Ensure proper campaign structure and efficient allocation of advertising budgets.
- Stay updated with Flipkart Ads features, marketplace trends, and advertising best practices.




- Take ownership of assigned accounts and work toward achieving monthly performance targets.

Requirements
- Experience in Flipkart PPC, Marketplace Advertising, or eCommerce Account Management.
- Good understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub and Flipkart Ads.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
- Valuable knowledge of keyword research, bidding, campaign structuring, and budget optimization.
- Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and advertising sales metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and identify performance opportunities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of account performance.
- Ability to work toward sales and advertising performance targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing Flipkart advertising accounts.
- Experience in scaling profitable advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of competitor and marketplace analysis.
- Experience working with multiple products/SKUs.
- Understanding of eCommerce sales and product listing optimization.
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC or other marketplace advertising platforms will be an added advantage.
