About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The role will focus on generating new corporate business, building client relationships and converting opportunities across MICE, corporate events, exhibitions, hospitality and travel services.

Key Responsibilities

Visit corporate offices and meet potential clients to generate new business.

Identify prospects through field visits, networking, referrals, online research and market mapping.

Meet HR, Administration, Procurement and other corporate decision-makers.

Promote MICE, corporate events, exhibition stalls, hotel accommodation, travel and ticketing solutions.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare and present customised proposals, presentations, quotations and cost estimates.

Follow up consistently with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed business.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Develop new corporate accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling and upselling.

Conduct venue visits, client inspections and event meetings when required.

Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability and service quality.

Coordinate with internal operations teams for a smooth handover of confirmed business.

Maintain records of client meetings, field visits, leads, quotations and follow-ups.

Update sales reports, lead trackers and client databases.

Track market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.

Represent the organisation professionally at corporate meetings, exhibitions,



networking events and industry gatherings.

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong field sales and client-handling abilities.

Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Confidence in approaching and meeting recent corporate clients.

Good understanding of MICE, events, exhibitions, hospitality and corporate travel.

Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated approach.

Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.

Valuable organisational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.

Experience & Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant experience in Field Sales, Corporate Sales, MICE, Events, Hospitality, Corporate Travel or Business Development.

Experience in corporate sales and face-to-face client acquisition preferred.

Existing relationships with corporate clients, hotels, venues or event vendors will be an advantage.

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, Event Management, Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be presentable, confident, energetic and target-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The candidate should be comfortable with regular field visits, meeting new corporate clients, generating business independently and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
