About the Role

We are looking for a Community Mobilizer / Field Operations Executive to manage day-to-day dry waste collection operations, coordinate with BMC vehicle teams and field workers, and support the expansion of our collection network across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure adequate labour deployment on BMC vehicles as per daily requirements.
- Conduct daily field visits to BMC vehicles and monitor collection activities.
- Coordinate with drivers, helpers and field workers for smooth collection and timely delivery.
- Inspect collected material and ensure proper segregation and quality.
- Monitor segregation of BMC-collected material at the centre.
- Prepare and maintain vehicle-wise route plans to improve collection efficiency.
- Track vehicle-wise collection and maintain daily MIS/Excel records.
- Identify and connect with housing societies, commercial establishments and institutions for dry waste collection.
- Follow up with collection points to ensure regular material collection.
- Ensure compliance with BMC guidelines and company SOPs.
- Identify field-level issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, waste management, collection operations,



logistics or community mobilization.
- Experience in waste collection/recycling operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting/MIS.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits across Mumbai.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, drivers and external stakeholders.
- Hindi and Marathi communication skills preferred.
