We are hiring for Export Customer service Executive (UK shift Timing)

Location Chennai

Salary - 3.6 Lakhs per annum

Exp - 1–4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely shipment updates.

Ensured customer satisfaction through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.

Coordinated with Operations, Warehouse, and Transportation teams for smooth shipment execution.

Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure productive logistics operations.

Prepared, processed, and verified export and import documentation.

Handled Shipping Instructions (SI), Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Clearance documents.

Ensured accurate documentation and compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance processes

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
