Hi-Tech Radiators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a fresher / junior-level Executive EXIM to support Import & Export operations, invoice processing, documentation, ERP updating, vendor coordination and EXIM-related MIS activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and verify Import & Export invoices and supporting documents.
- Handle routine Import & Export documentation and operational activities.
- Process and maintain CHA and transportation-related invoices.
- Maintain and update Import & Export master data and records.
- Perform day-to-day ERP entries related to invoices and EXIM operations.
- Maintain vendor outstanding records and track pending invoices/payments.
- Follow up with vendors and internal departments regarding outstanding payments and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain payment trackers, outstanding reports and EXIM MIS.
- Coordinate with CHA, transporters, vendors, Accounts, Finance, Stores, Dispatch and other departments.
- Maintain Excel trackers, master sheets and operational reports.
- Ensure accuracy of documentation,



data entry and timely completion of assigned activities.
- Qualification

Graduate in Commerce / Management / Logistics / Supply Chain or related discipline.

B.Com / BBA / BMS candidates can apply.

Key Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Basic understanding of invoices and documentation
- Good data-entry and record-maintenance skills
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn Import, Export, CHA, Logistics and ERP processes

Candidate Profile

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge or internship exposure in EXIM / Logistics / Shipping will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, ERP systems, documentation and vendor follow-ups.
- Should be disciplined, organized and willing to learn.

Candidate must be willing to sign a 2-year service bond / employment commitment with the organization.
