Kermis Events – India's leading corporate event management company is currently hiring for the position of Event Executive. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Andheri West, Mumbai. We specialize in delivering memorable and well-organized events pan India and internationally.

As an Event Executive at Kermis Events, you will be an integral part of the event execution team. Your role will involve ensuring the seamless organization and delivery of events, working closely with clients and internal teams to meet expectations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budgets.
- Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets based on client briefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless execution of corporate events.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site coordination.
- Source, negotiate, and liaise with third-party vendors such as caterers, AV suppliers, decorators, and entertainment providers.
- Oversee event branding, signage,



and collateral to align with client and company standards.
- Manage client communications throughout the planning and execution stages, ensuring expectations are met.
- Provide on-site event management to handle last-minute changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience.

Job Requirements:

- Staying in Mumbai (relocation to Mumbai is not preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (essential skill).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in event coordination, project management, or operations (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to work in a pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen challenges during events.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- We are not enthusiastic to hire Data Analytics/SQL/Python/Search Engine Optimisation focused individuals.
