We are looking for a friendly and energetic Soft Skills Trainer for our school to teach students important life skills, good manners, and confidence. Your main goal is to help children grow into well-behaved, happy, and successful individuals.

- Teach students using fun games, storytelling, and group activities.
- Create lessons on teamwork, time management, and sharing.
- Help students overcome fear and speak confidently in front of others.
- Teach basic etiquette, body language, and polite communication.
- Show students how to manage exam stress and handle peer pressure.
- Give extra guidance to students who are shy or struggle to make friends.
- Update parents and class teachers on how students are improving.
- Stay patient, loving,



and able to manage a classroom easily.
- Speak explicit and simple English that kids can understand.
- Turn simple lessons into interesting activities.
- Understand the feelings and needs of young students.
- Hold a college degree in Psychology, English, Education, or a similar field.
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience teaching or training school children.
- Bring high energy, creative thinking, and a very positive attitude to work.

Pay: ₹11,866.96 - ₹36,039.05 per month
