About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Email Marketing Executive with experience in B2B lead generation to help generate qualified leads for our SEO and digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email campaigns, prospect research, lead databases, cold emailing, and follow-ups, with a strong understanding of the US & Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute targeted B2B cold email campaigns for SEO and digital marketing services.
- Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and businesses that need SEO services.
- Build, clean, segment, and manage prospect email databases.
- Create personalized and engaging email copies to improve open, response, and conversion rates.
- Manage email sequences, follow-ups, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Generate and qualify SEO leads through email outreach.
- Track campaign performance, including open rates, response rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and campaign activities in CRM/Google Sheets.




- Coordinate with the sales/BD team to hand over qualified leads.
- Continuously research new strategies to improve email deliverability and lead generation.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, Cold Emailing, B2B Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing services.
- Experience targeting international clients, preferably USA and Canada.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to research prospects using LinkedIn, Google, business directories, etc.
- Strong follow-up and lead-nurturing skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
