We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle an international e-commerce seller support process in Pune.

The role involves assisting sellers through chat, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information, and resolving queries as per the defined process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through international chat support.
- Provide clear and professional responses to customer and seller concerns.
- Assist with account, order, payment, product, and process-related queries.
- Identify issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Follow process and customer service guidelines.
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant team when required.

Candidate Profile





- 1 year of experience in an international voice and chat support process.
- Previous experience in seller support is required.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or customer support processes is preferred.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and ability to manage multiple chat-based queries.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willing to work from the Pune office.
- Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
