We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce marketplaces
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords and images
- Monitor daily orders, sales, inventory and product performance
- Handle pricing, promotions, offers and marketplace campaigns
- Manage returns, cancellations, claims and customer-related issues
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for account and listing issues
- Monitor account health, performance metrics and policy compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion and profitability
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain accurate SKU, inventory and product data

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,068.78 per month
