Role Overview:

Manage online sales operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms for home and kitchen appliances, ensuring strong product visibility, accurate listings, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management

- Handle platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra (if applicable)
- Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, specs)
- Ensure category compliance for appliances (energy ratings, warranty info, technical specs)

2. Product Listing & Cataloging

- Create SEO-optimized listings for appliances (mixers, microwaves, refrigerators, etc.)
- Maintain pricing, stock updates, and catalog hygiene
- Coordinate for high-quality images, A content, and videos

3. Sales & Performance Management

- Monitor daily sales, conversion rates, and traffic
- Run promotions, deals, and discount campaigns
- Analyze platform dashboards and improve performance metrics

4. Inventory & Order Management

- Track inventory levels and avoid stock-outs/overstock
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment
- Handle returns, replacements, and RTOs

Advertising & Campaigns

- Manage ads (Sponsored Ads, PPC) on platforms
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and visibility
- Plan seasonal campaigns (festive sales, offers)

6. Customer Experience

- Monitor customer reviews and ratings
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Work on improving product ratings and feedback

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of e-commerce platforms and seller panels
- Understanding of appliance category specs (power, capacity, warranty, etc.)
- Basic SEO for product listings
- Data analysis skills (Excel, dashboards)
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience:

- 1–3 years in e-commerce (preferably appliances category)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub
- Familiarity with D2C websites (Shopify, WooCommerce)
