Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Growth & Operations Manager to drive online businessgrowth and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and the company’s digitalchannels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketplace management, revenue growth,performance marketing coordination, inventory, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, and quick- commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions, inventory, orders, returns, andmarketplace performance.
- Drive sales growth through marketplace promotions, offers, visibility, and conversion optimization.
- Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, profitability, and other key performance metrics to identifygrowth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Product, and Finance teams for smooth operations.




- Plan and monitor inventory to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs and excessinventory.
- Coordinate with marketplace partners and agencies to resolve operational issues and improveperformance.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and recent growthinitiatives.
- Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management.

Required Skills:-

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Strong knowledge of major marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
- Experience in sales growth, marketplace strategy, pricing, promotions, and catalogue management.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Good understanding of e-commerce metrics such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and profitability.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
