About the Company

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Excel/Google Sheets, product catalogs, orders, pricing, promotions, and marketplace seller panels.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace & Catalog Management

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and other marketplaces.
- Create and manage product listings through manual and bulk uploads.
- Maintain product catalogs, SKUs, inventory, attributes, pricing, images, and product specifications.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, catalog errors, suppressed/inactive listings, QC issues, and upload errors.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational and catalog-related issues.

2. Product Content & SEO
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, descriptions, search keywords, and backend keywords.
- Ensure product content follows marketplace guidelines and requirements.
- Check product images, specifications, dimensions, material, color, size, and other attributes for accuracy.
- Regularly review existing listings and identify opportunities for content improvement and better visibility.

3. Order & Operations Management
- Monitor and process daily marketplace orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely packing and dispatch.
- Track orders, cancellations, returns, RTOs, pickups, and delivery status.




- Identify delays or operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate order and shipment records.

4. Excel & Google Sheets
- Maintain daily and weekly marketplace reports.
- Work with large datasets and perform data analysis.
- Use VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, filters, sorting, pivot tables, and basic Excel formulas.
- Reconcile data between marketplace reports, order exports, inventory reports, and internal records.
- Prepare reports related to sales, orders, returns, RTOs, inventory, pricing, and marketplace performance.

5. Pricing, Promotions & Offers
- Update and maintain product prices across marketplaces.
- Manage discounts, coupons, promotions, and marketplace offers.
- Monitor promotional pricing and ensure the correct selling price is reflected online.
- Coordinate with the team regarding marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotional activities.
- Track pricing discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

6. Marketplace Support & Issue Resolution
- Raise and follow up on cases with marketplace support teams.
- Resolve issues related to listing, catalog, orders, inventory, payments, returns, logistics, and account health.
- Maintain records of support cases and follow up until resolution.
- Escalate critical issues when required.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Practical experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa,



or similar marketplaces.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Excel formulas.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, pricing, orders, returns, and inventory.
- Basic understanding of E-commerce SEO and product content optimization.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
