- Prepare and format letters, notices, reports and forms
- Marathi and English typing
- Design documents, brochures and certificates
- Use MS Word, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, InDesign
- Proofread and correct typing/formatting errors
- Create PDFs and handle printing/scanning
- Maintain digital files and office records
- Support general computer and documentation work
- Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
- Understanding how data is stored, sorted, and retrieved helps you keep systems orderly.
- Knowing how to use programs like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and specific database tools is vital.




- nputting and updating data into systems and databases from various sources, including paper documents and digital records.
- Ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data input.
- Verifying and cross-checking the data accuracy to ensure no errors or discrepancies.
- Following company data entry procedures and maintaining adherence to data protection regulations.
- Perform regular data backups and quality checks to ensure security and prevent loss.
- Generating data reports and summaries as required by management.
- Maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to data protection policie

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
