Our recruiters drive end-to-end hiring cycles—from souring niche talent to closing offers—with a data-informed, candidate-first approach. You’ll operate in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment where speed, precision, and relationship-building define success.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and qualify active and passive IT candidates across India using LinkedIn, job portals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical fit for roles in software development, DevOps, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and QA.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination, ensuring seamless candidate experience.




- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and optimize pipelines using ATS tools.
- Represent the firm at campus drives, tech meetups, and industry events to build talent pipelines and employer brand awareness.
