Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for our Malayalam Voice Sales Process in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, promoting products/services, generating leads, and converting potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer objections and convince customers effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM.
- Follow company sales scripts, processes, and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.





Eligibility & Skills
- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer service, or lead generation will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
- Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
