- Dispatch Operations: Manage daily material inward, loading, packing, and shipment scheduling for finished products.
- Documentation: Prepare and verify production and dispatch documents such as packing list, production sheet, inward sheet, etc to ensure accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of dispatchers and warehouse staff.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all loading activities adhere to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels and inspect outgoing goods for quality assurance before dispatch.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or shortages.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
