Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatch & Logistics Management

- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Plan dispatch schedules based on customer requirements and production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores, and Transporters.
- Ensure proper loading, packaging, and material handling.

2. OEM Customer Coordination

- Coordinate with Tier 1 automotive suppliers and OEM customer representatives.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific dispatch and delivery requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address delays or shortages.
- Handle customer delivery-related concerns and escalation.

3. Documentation & System Management

- Ensure accurate preparation of invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery reports, and logistics documentation.
- Monitor FIFO and inventory availability for dispatch planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch MIS reports.

4. Team Management

- Supervise dispatch and logistics team members.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance in the dispatch area.

5. Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to reduce dispatch errors, delivery delays, and logistics costs.
- Ensure proper packaging and prevention of material damage.
- Implement effective inventory and dispatch control systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in dispatch and logistics operations in the automotive industry.
- Mandatory experience with Tier 1 automotive OEM suppliers.
- Experience in handling OEM dispatch schedules, customer delivery requirements, and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems and MS Excel.
- Solid communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery deadlines.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

- Automotive Components Manufacturing
- Tier 1 OEM Suppliers
- Automotive Interior Components
- Carpet, Trim, Plastic, Sheet Metal, or other Automotive Parts Manufacturing

Salary & Advantages
- Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and industry exposure)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
