Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including planning and executing social media campaigns, managing content calendars, and engaging with audiences across platforms.

Responsibilities include assisting with online marketing initiatives, monitoring web and social media analytics, preparing performance reports,



and suggesting improvements based on data insights. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote Drushti’s distributed FMCG brands and its own incense products, contribute to basic content creation, and help maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign execution and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics for managing digital channels and tracking performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for transparent messaging, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, graphic tools, or video editing is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a hybrid setup, and manage time effectively.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
